Malcolm Hall

Malcolm Hall has 34 years of experience with a major commercial bank, the last 13 years of his banking career in a senior management position. Malcolm’s role involved the leadership of teams, management of people, assessment of businesses and project management.

Malcolm served a 1-year secondment with Business in the Community as a Business Connector in South Leeds in 2015-16. This role allowed him to build a detailed knowledge of that community, the issues that are prevalent and how voluntary and charitable organisations meet the needs of their community

Malcolm served a 1-year secondment with Business in the Community as a Business Connector in South Leeds in 2015-16. This role allowed him to build a detailed knowledge of that community, the issues that are prevalent and how voluntary and charitable organisations meet the needs of their community

Outside of RBC, Malcolm has undertaken individual projects with a number of other charities, including, HFT Charity, Luv2meetU CIC and The Beamsley Project charity.

As well as being a Trustee of ‘Trust Leeds’, Malcolm is a Non-Executive Director of Flipside CIC, a social enterprise improving financial literacy in schools. Malcolm also volunteers with the Memusi Foundation and has visited their schools in Kenya on two occasions.

Malcolm is an accredited coach and counsellor and is currently working towards a qualification in social value assessment.

Outside of work, Malcolm is a sports fan and enjoys travel.
