Be Your Own Boss – Week 6 – 16.11.2021

The customer is key – and our Be Your Own Boss SRG members certainly found that out this week! We were joined by business coach Nigel Cork in this weeks’ session to discuss customer service. Discussions were held around the importance of identifying a customer base, how to differentiate between a customer and a user, and the significance of positive customer service (and how to deal with difficult customers!). It was an interesting session that highlighted the importance of considering how we treat customers and the impact of positive customer service on businesses.
